Yann is in the kitchen, Marie in the dining room. We opened in 2019 in a former hardware shop on Place des Lices. We have never had a fixed menu.
Fish comes from the Quiberon fish market, vegetables from Kerdréan farm in Saint-Avé, and oysters from Saint-Armel. We simply cook what our producers have to offer. If they don't have an ingredient, it doesn't go on the menu.
